Periods and classifications of RR Lyrae stars in the globular cluster M15

ABSTRACT We present measurements of the periods, amplitudes, and types 74 RR Lyrae stars in globular cluster M15 derived from Nickel 1 m telescope observations conducted at Lick Observatory 2019 2020. Of these stars, two were previously reported but without a determination period. In addition, we identify five Type II Cepheid variable for which report three novel period determinations, further 34 with uncertain classifications periods. discuss development subsequent application to our data new python package, Period-determination Identification Pipeline Suite (pips), based on adaptive free-form fitting technique detect periods clear treatment uncertainties.
